With a brief of maximising residual value and reworking the previously awkward living space arrangement, we utilised our extensive developer focused skillset to keep costs down and yield up.

Going against the traditional hip roof and red-brick façade that due to previous extensions, was over used, we decided to bring a splash of modernity with ivory render and aluminium profiled fenestration. The result was a stark contrast between traditional and contemporary Architectural design.
